I created this brand because I wanted handbags to feel exciting again. So many affordable handbags on the market are practical, but they often lack the creativity, personality, and thoughtful details that make you fall in love with them.

Brejae is named after me because this brand is personal. It began as an idea in 2020 with one goal: to create handbags that women would genuinely enjoy carrying every day. After years of designing, refining, and bringing that vision to life, we launched our signature handbag, Ms. Thang, in 2026.

A handbag carries our world, so every design decision was made with women in mind. The hidden mirror, for example, wasn't added just because it looked nice—it was added because I wanted women to have the convenience of touching up their makeup, applying lip gloss, or checking their look without reaching for their phone or leaving the dinner table in the middle of date night. It's the little details that make a difference.

Every element of the design represents confidence, fun, and bold self-expression. I wanted to create a bag that feels just as good with your favorite jeans and a white tee as it does with a dress and heels. Ms. Thang was made to add personality to every outfit while still being practical enough for everyday life. She's spacious, easy to clean, and, most importantly, fun to wear.
